Etalon plates coated for 90% reflection over two separate wavelength ranges (red and blue).
Mirrors for galvanometer scanners, both dielectric coated as high reflection at 1.06um (YAG) wavelength at 45 degrees. At visible wavelengths the color of the coating is very dependant on the angle of incidence.
Gold coatings are popular for high reflectors in the IR. LightMachinery has developed some very tough scratch resistant 'super hard gold' techniques for applications in the infrared.
